This has to stop.
Really.
I'm putting a stop to it.
I'm getting close to almost telling Anne Marie that she may indeed have to possibly stop dressing Henry in girl's clothes.
Except that he's so cute in them.
And doesn't he look happy?
Wait...stop it, it's not right.
But oh how the pink brings out his lovely complexion and the hues in his reddish blonde hair.
Enough already!
He's a boy, not a doll.
Hey, he's a boy doll.
That's it, that's why she does it.
Anne Marie has her own personal living, breathing boy doll.
Poor kid.
But this...
This does not have to stop.
Chocolate cake on the face of my little dolly only makes her more delicious.
Yum yum.

Okay, I'm laughing so hard! Brooklyn used to do the same thing to Derek! I guess that's part of having a big sister. Nora is so BEAUTIFUL too!!! I love her big eyes!
ReplyDeleteI love it Amy. He is his only little self.... well with Anne Marie's help that is.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, everytime you post a picture of 'pink Henry', it takes me a good, oh, 5 seconds for my brain to reroute itself as I try and figure out which Allen child I am looking at...and then, oh yes...this is a boy Allen child dressed up as a girl Allen child. It is all very confusing to the senses! haha...but, boy, pink DOES bring out that beautiful red head!
ReplyDeletesorry, that's me who posted as anonymous. I'm still tryin' to figure this out.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that your son is in girl clothes!!!!! You are taking it well!!!! Bryce STILL likes to clunk around in my high heels almost daily!!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah, he's starting to look a little tooooo beautiful. He looks way older than he is in that picture too, which makes it a little more over the top. But he can definitely work the pink... so maybe a button down shirt instead of the dress!
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand if it continues, at least he'll understand his future wife's battles with fashion over comfort. :)
Yeah, i'm thinking we need to nip this in the bud. I'll have a little talk with Anne Marie when I get home... ;-)
ReplyDeleteNo more dresses. I like the button down shirt idea, a little Tom Cruise from Risky Business.
I used to put my little brother in my dance constumes--feather hats and all. He turned out just fine! His skin does look fabulous in pink. Nora is totally a doll!!
ReplyDeleteThis is Megan. I laughed when I saw that. Its funny!
ReplyDeleteAnd Nora is so cute!
Henry is so cute!
ReplyDeleteHe could be a model!
And Nora's adorable, of course, too!
