My very talented Uncle Gerry built and painted a birdhouse for myself, my brother and sister.
My parents went to visit him in Canada (that is where my dad is from) and they back a birdhouse for each of us.

awwww, one of the best songs of all time - now it's stuck in my head for the night! where is your dad from in canada? i think i knew that way back when and promptly forgot. now, being a permanent resident, i have an interest in all things canadian. it's a lovely, cheerful house. are you going to hang it or keep it on the sweet little table?
ReplyDeleteMy dad is from Winnipeg. My uncle lives in Calgary, I have an aunt in Nova Scotia. I want to hang the birdhouse up, but that requires help from Jeff. I probably could do it mtself, but admittedly, he does stuff like that better in less time. So I just have to ask him for help.
